Getting Started
Rinse out the Waterpipe before your first session. Disassemble by removing the bowl, unscrewing the mouthpiece in a counter-clockwise direction, then removing the downstem.
Getting Started
Fill the chamber with water so that it covers the percolation slots on the downstem, which is about 2 inches. Add ice to make your hit even smoother.
Replace the water every session.
Getting Started
Light the bowl while drawing breath from the mouthpiece. When smoke has filled the chamber, remove the bowl and continue inhaling to clear the hit.
Do not use a torch lighter to heat the bowl to dabbing temperatures. Stainless steel is not intended for this.
Cleaning
All Waterpipe parts except the magnetic Cap are dishwasher safe. Disable the steam/heat dry function on the dishwasher to help prevent wear on the parts. Do not boil any parts to clean them. We reccommend cleaning by hand after every fifth smoke session to fully clean resin off of the inside of each piece.
Glass Chamber
Dump the water out and rinse the glass chamber after every session to keep it clean longer. To deep clean, use a nylon bristled bottle brush dipped in isopropyl alcohol to scrub the interior walls of the glass chamber. Rinse with water then air dry afterwards.
Mouthpiece and Downstem
Use a nylon bristled bottle brush dipped in isopropyl alcohol to scrub the interior walls of the mouthpiece and downstem. Rinse with water then air dry afterwards. Take care not to lose the gasket that rests inside the top of the downstem.
Bowl
Soak the bowl in isopropyl alcohol for 1-2 hours, then scrub clean with a scouring pad. The gasket on the bowl will expand after soaking in alcohol, but will return to it's original size after drying. Use the Smoke Tool to scrape resing from inside the bowl.
Coozie
To put the coozie on start by stretching the hole on the bottom by hand, before sliding it onto the glass from top to to bottom. The base of the coozie should lie flat over the bottom of the glass when finished.
Machine wash cold and hang dry.
Adapter
The Adapter allows attaching 14 or 19mm jointed pieces. Take caution not to attach pieces that are too heavy, or will cause the Waterpipe to tip over. Use the smoke tool to pry the adapter out.
Returns
Contact us to initiate a return request. Include the order number and items you would like to return in your message.
· Returns are accepted if we receive the request within 30 days of when you receive your order
· Only brand new items (never smoked from) will be issued a refund. We will not issue a refund for returned items that have been used. This includes items that have been smoked from and cleaned.
· If the return request is accepted, we will create a return shipping label for you.
· A refund for the product cost minus the return shipping cost will be sent within 5 business days of receiving the return package.
· Final Sale items are not eligible for return
Warranty
Our warranty covers aesthetic and functional defects arising in the first 30 days of receiving your product. Contact Us via the support page to start a warranty claim. Please provide a photo of the issue so we can help offer the correct solution.
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by accidental drops or tip-overs, for which we offer replacement parts to restore your piece.

We offer low cost replacement parts in our shop. Please contact us if you have any questions about which part you need, we'll be glad to help!
Please note that replacement parts are only available to customers who have previously ordered the corresponding product. Waterpipe customers may order any color/size variation of the Waterpipe parts. Handpipe customers may order any color/style variation of Handpipe parts. We will cancel and refund a replacement parts order if no order history for the same product can be found. Additionally, any replacement part order that is deemed to be intended to assemble a completely new product at a steep replacement part discount will be flagged, and placed on hold until we receive photo verification that the original product was wholly destroyed.
