Mouthpiece

Ive had my bubbler going on 2 years now and I loved it. I used nothing else. I have neuropathy in my hands and feet. I cant tell how hard or soft I am holding something in my hands. This is a heavy piece, and one day it slipped out of my hand. Fell straight down on the carpeted floor, but it ended up breaking the down-stem and the brass piece you screw to the base fell out of the mouthpiece. I did my best to clean it up and reattach it but didn't know if it was going to work until I got a new replacement down-stem. So first I ordered the down-stem, hoping that would be the fix. It wasn't. I was sucking in air. Then i ordered a new mouthpiece, but the original brass bowl was swimming inside the mouthpiece. So then I ordered new seals and rings and that did not work either. Basically Ive replaced every piece they had available. The mouthpiece opening is way bigger than the bowl. Its a tight fit (as it always was) in the old broken mouthpiece, but not the new one. All i get is air when I take a hit making this bubbler useless. Between the original cost of my bubbler and the replacement parts, I have spent over $400 for a paperweight. Pretty disappointed.
